Instructions
Heat cooking fat in a large skillet over medium high heat. When heated, reduce heat to medium low.
Combine 3 types of flour on a plate with a fork or with your fingers. Dredge steak in the flour to coat both sides. Shake to remove excess flour.
Place steaks in hot oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes, then flip. Sprinkle again with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2-3 minutes more until desired doneness has been reached.
Serve immediately. Makes good leftovers.
